Joining as a Graduate or Intermediate (Mechanical or Electrical) Engineer, you will have a minimum of a HND however ideally you will be degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline. Preferably you will have a minimum of one years experience within building services and you will be capable of assisting in all aspects of mechanical or electrical design from inception to completion. You should be a confident communicator and have good IT skills, however training will be provided. You will be enthusiastic and a self motivated individual and will be given an individual development plan to develop your skills within the business.
