We are seeking a self-motivated Mechanical and Electrical Project Engineer within our Services Facilities Management Team. Applicants must be suitably qualified, having served a mechanical or electrical engineering apprenticeship, and experience gained from progressing to a managerial /senior supervisory level within a building services installation, maintenance or commissioning background. An understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical disciplines is essential as is an understanding of Microsoft Office and a strong Client Satisfaction ethos.
Duties will include carrying out Surveys, Asset Gathering, Report and Specification Generation, Project Management, Quality Control, Mechanical and Electrical Co-ordination, Auditing of Contractors Proposals and Commissioning Witness and Management
