The 1,500m² redevelopment of Metropoint in Uxbridge Town Centre provided Category A Office Space, including two floors of internal car parking.
The constrained site presented many challenges on the development of the project, including noise control. 4 pipe fan coil air conditioning was chosen as the environmental control medium following institutional standards. A Landlords bus bar riser with sub floor metering provided power to tenants areas. Category 2 lighting in offices and feature lighting in commercial parts were provided as part of the development works. The project adopted a two stage tendering approach with Hulley and Kirkwood being novated to the successful contractor.
