Following the purchase of the old BT Building located at Bruntwood immediately set out to transform the property to a commercial and retail facility worthy of its enviable location. Located on Wellington Street, West One provides 95,000 ft² of Grade A, office space. The design of West One provides flexibility in size of floor plate and includes a serviced office facility offering space from one work station upwards. All 10 floors were taken back to shell and fully refurbished and a new contemporary double height entrance was created. In addition 3,600 ft² of retail space boasting an eye catching 9m high 20m long glazed façade was created.
