A major refurbishment of Kentigern House’s 35,000m² of Multiple Tenancy Offices housing the MOD Pay Corps in the Centre of Glasgow.
This multi-phased Project included the installation of a completely new air conditioning installation as well as high level IT system.
As the building was occupied during much of the installation work, the detailed design had to follow a programme which involved temporary services works as well as the complete refurbishment and re-instatement of the existing services.
The Project was completed on time and on budget to the satisfaction of the Client.
