Plot 1B at Temple Quay is the last office development on this prime commercial site and provides 100,000sqft of office accommodation. The plan incorporates two nine storey accommodation wings, around a full height glass atrium.
Hulley & Kirkwood were responsible for the detail of Mechanical, Electrical and Above Ground Drainage on behalf of Skanska Rashleigh Weatherfoil.
The mechanical services installations comprised waterside control four pipe fan coil units, Air cooled chillers, full fresh air air-handling units with thermal wheel heat recovery and underfloor heating/cooling of the Atrium. The systems are controlled by a Trend BMS System.
The electrical services comprise an advanced lighting control system connecting an LG3 compliant lighting scheme and feature lighting to an LCD control panel in the Entrance Area.
The Building achieved a ‘Very Good’ 2004 BREEAM rating.
