Situated adjacent to Piccadilly Station in Manchester’s City Centre, Square One is a 130,144 ft2 Grade A contemporary office development that combines thoughtful creativity and simple practicality.
Designed to offer a working environment that exudes aesthetic quality and style, the building provides a high specification working place capable of effectively housing up to 2000 staff.
The development comprised a full refurbishment of what was the Parcel Force building and now offers:
