One of the largest private property companies in the north of England, Bruntwood own over 70 buildings in this region.
Following the purchase of the old BT Building located at in Leeds, Bruntwood immediately set out to transform the property to a commercial worthy of its enviable location.
The 60,000 ft2 building was subject to a major refurbishment and comprises:
· Pass key perimeter access system
· Site wide CCTV
· New ultra modern reception
· Refurbished person passenger lifts
· Air conditioning and fresh air ventilation throughout
As part of the upgrade Hulley and Kirkwood were responsible for the design and management of a power upgrade to the building and the establishment of a new private sub-station whist the building was occupied.
