Hulley & Kirkwood are delighted to be involved in one of the largest speculative business space projects ever undertaken in the UK.
The £330 million mixed use development at Eurocentral in Lanarkshire is located on the site of the former Chunghwa Picture Tubes (CPT) factory buildings which were demolished.
The new development consists of ten new office buildings, four new warehousing/ manufacturing units and a range of ancillary developments including restaurant, crèche and gym facilities.
The project should create more than 5,000 jobs on the 663,000 sq ft site and will be a central landmark for developing business in Lanarkshire.
