Exchange Crescent was built under two separate Phases and is now occupied by Standard Life Bank. Hulley & Kirkwood were appointed by Standard Life Property Investments to carry out a monitoring role of the M&E Services on the First Phase. We were then employed to carry out Full Design Duties of the M&E Services on the Second Phase and subsequently for the Category B Fit-Out of both Buildings. The building is approximately 26,500m² nett useable area and includes Open Plan Offices, Call Centre, Meeting Rooms, Training Rooms, Executive Offices, Kitchen and Restaurant.
