Rubislaw House is one of 2 buildings being occupied on a long term lease by ConocoPhillips. We carried full mechanical and electrical building services design for this office refurbishment
This contract involved continual programme development as the client’s occupancy requirements changed.
All works were carried out whilst the building was occupied and this involved careful planning to ensure seamless switchovers at each stage in the refurbishment.
As well as the complex AV systems which were integrated into the fire alarm system, works included the formation of 2 Nr dedicated computer rooms each benefiting from UPS distribution systems, a VESDA fire detection system augmented with a gas suppression system as well as a water leak detection system all integrated into the Building Management System.
