Located on Old Hall Street The Plaza is one of the tallest and most imposing buildings in Liverpool.
A total of 268,564 ft2 is currently undergoing an extensive development programme that will see the delivery of one of the most stunning schemes in Liverpool.
Hulley and Kirkwood have been involved in the refurbishment strategy of the existing services to ensure that existing customers are not affected by the ongoing phased upgrading of the building. In addition to ensuring the operation of the existing services the focus of the redevelopment was to relocate the plant from the existing level 2 & 3 plant areas to allow these areas to be converted into nett lettable office space.
The new main reception will form the hub of development and shall offer reception, managed conference and meeting rooms, informal lounge area and deli and coffee shop facility.
