This £7m development is one of the major Inward Investment Projects attracted into Scotland as a result of the Chunghwa Picture Tubes Development. They employ more than 150 people.
The APC Factory at Mossend is a major Pressed Metal Television Component Manufacturer, taking rolled steel and pressing it into the required shape for television components.

- Low temperature hot water heating
- Factory heated with indirect gas-fired heating units
