The Blenheim Centre is a new development that will comprise of over 110,000m² of mixed-use development in the centre of Hounslow. The site is located between the Piccadilly Line to the north, the High Street Hounslow to the south and Residential Buildings surrounding the east and west of the site. The development is being constructed in two phases to maintain the existing Town Centre parking provision.
Phase One consists of a major food/retail store, leisure/health centre and crèche with private residential apartments above and underground car park below. The scheme is centered around a new High Street entrance and Walkway Link to the Hounslow Central Station on the Piccadilly Line.
Phase Two is centered around a large Piazza with a number of two-storey major and minor retail units plus a multi-screen cinema, restaurant and food outlets. Above the retail area, over 30,000m² of office space will be provided over 4 levels. An underground car park is again provided.
Hulley & Kirkwood were appointed as the Services Consultant responsible for the Site Infrastructure and Core Services with full Design being provided for the external site car parks, health centre, crèche, underground station and offices, together with liaison with Fit-out Teams.
