Upgrading of the fire safety systems at the Trinity Shopping Centre as well as altering the M&E Systems to make provision for a realignment of the Mall. There was also the creation of new tenanted areas and their M&E core provision.
Located in Union Street, the main shopping street in Aberdeen, the centre is conveniently situated for easy access to Aberdeen's rail and bus stations to the south of the centre. The centre also has its own underground car park, as well as the nearby College Street car park, accessed through the railway station.
