Hulley provided M&E assistance on a £20m project designed to provide a contemporary facility in Romford Town Centre, extension of the Centre in Romford, including the provision of shell and core services to a 6,000m2 Asda and 330 Barratt residential units.  Designed to replace the derelict Dolphin Leisure Centre, the new centre will provide residential accommodation and retail as part of a reshape of the heart of Romford. Hulley provided design services for the extended mall and infrastructure services to Asda and Barratt apartments. The scheme was procured on a two stage basis with the team novated to the successful contractor Mowlem to build out.
