The construction of a new retail park comprising of a B&Q store and external car parking areas. Project also consists of a “management suite” that acts as a base for the sites CCTV systems and security staff.
 
Manchester Fort has been built on a run-down, out-of-town site in north Manchester, transformed into a glittering shopping park now hailed as a key milestone in the regeneration of the area. Located at the junction of Cheetham Hill Road and Queens Road, with more than 1,400 free parking spaces, the Manchester Fort is easily accessible and expected to attract shoppers from as far afield as Bolton, Rochdale, Oldham and Stockport.
