A £300M regeneration project for West Hendon led by Bellhouse Joseph in partnership with Metropolitan Housing.
The site currently contains 650 residential units which will be replaced on the site. An additional 1350 units will be developed together with improved transport and services infrastructure. Enhanced amenity space, retail and restaurant provision will support the new community. Situated adjacent to the Welsh Harp Reservoir, the site has exceptional visual appearance.
Hulley and Kirkwood supported the on site infrastructure provision to support the development and provided initial advice on plant provision and riser space.
