The provision of landlord's services and tenant's requirements including an element of tenants fit-out to the anchor tenant at the retail park in Ayrshire, including incoming statutory services, landlords supplies and sprinkler protection provision.
Heathfield Retail Park was built in the southerly reaches of a former RAF station, it was originally marked by a replica Spitfire aircraft at the entrance. The Spitfire took off during a storm never to be seen again, only the propeller remains.
