Following provision of the successful design support to the IDL Expansion project via Crown House Technologies, Hulley and Kirkwood were appointed to provide services design support on the second phase refurbishment of the South Terminal International Departures Lounge.
The project entailed a complete reconfiguration of the lounge areas and retail facilities to improve both customer experience and increase potential for retail operations. The works were on a phased basis and supported by both existing and new services infrastructure requiring detailed surveys of existing systems in order to allow the design to have minimum disruption on the Terminals day-to-day operation.
