Hulley & Kirkwood were employed by the successful M&E Services Design and Installation Contractor, Balfour Kilpatrick to provide On-Site Mechanical Services Design and Electrical Services Design Support alongside the Contractor’s own Designers, Project Managers and Installers.
On Site Installation Support was also provided to project completion with full Installation Co-ordination Drawings provided to allow Sub-Contractor Fabrication Drawings to be provided for approval to the Project Managers (Heery) and BAA’s own new Works Project Team.
The combined Mechanical and Electrical Services Installation value was approximately £12m, with the installation works split into logical construction phases in accordance with BAA Requirements to maintain the Airport in an operational state at all times during the works.
