Quartermile – Mixed Use Development of the Year Award, Scottish Property Awards (2007)

Edinburgh’s Quartermile development received the mixed-use development of the year award at the prestigious Scottish Property Awards (2007).  Quartermile is one of Scotland’s largest urban regeneration projects based on the 19-acre former Royal Infirmary site. The project will bring development, employment and investment opportunities to the area and will consist of 900 homes, over 350,000 sq. ft of office space and 80,000 sq. ft of leisure space for retail and restaurants.  The development is so vast it’s predicted to change the skyline of Edinburgh.
