The Litmus – Best Nottinghamshire Development 5* (2005)
The Litmus Building, part of Nottingham’s Eastside Regeneration area, was awarded Best Nottinghamshire Development 5*. The residential development is set to house 296 luxury one & two bed-roomed apartments all with either balconies or terrace and will offer leisure facilities such as a gymnasium and a pool together with steam rooms and sauna all of which cater for the modern living standards demanded by professional people today. H&K were employed by Lace Market Properties at the commencement of the construction phase to monitor the Contractor’s design and quality of installation against the employer’s requirements.
