HCI (Health Care International) Hospital Development in Clydebank, Scotland, when built, was the largest Private Hospital in Europe with particularly advanced Diagnostic and Surgical Facilities and 256 beds, although that capacity can be expanded to 500 as required.

The project also features a further 174 beds in a ’step-down’ facility and a Convalescence Hotel.

The construction project was procured through a design, manage and construct contract route, with substantial proportions of the design work being undertaken with the Architect’s team in Boston, where the Client was based.
