Hulley and Kirkwood have provided Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Design Support Services to the Trust over many years on a variety of Projects, notably the Stage 2A reconfiguration of the Site facilitating transfer of Services between St. Thomas’ and its sister hospital at Guy’s Hospital.
Projects at the site have included the A&E refurbishment, which was kept operational throughout the works, the provision of new Mental Health Services by refurbishment of an existing Victorian Ward Block, the Simon Patient Hotel and Lupus Unit Developments.
Hulley and Kirkwood have also provided support in the upgrading of over £1M of Core Lift Services.The most recent projects include the upgrade of the main hospital kitchen, providing enhanced facilities for staff and visitors and the proposed refurbishment of six lifts at the St. Thomas’s site.
