Hulley and Kirkwood have provided Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Design Support Services to the Trust over several years on a variety of projects, notably the Stage 2A reconfiguration of the site facilitating transfer of services between St. Thomas’ and it’s sister at Guy’s Hospital.
Projects at the site have included the A&E refurbishment, which was kept operational throughout the works, the provision of new Mental Health Services by refurbishment of an existing Victorian Ward Block, the Simon Patient Hotel and Lupus Unit Developments. Hulley and Kirkwood have also provided support in the upgrading of over £1M of core lift services and provided Employer’s Agent duties on the new Evelina Children’s Hospital Building.
The most recent projects include the fitting out of various laboratory areas within the Evelina Children’s Hospital Building, the provision of Clean Room facilities at the Guy’s site, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Relocation and the Catheter Lab 3 Upgrade.
