Papworth Hospital provides specialist Heart & Lung Services, Cardiothoratic services and is the country's main Heart & Lung Transplant Centre.
H&K were appointed as Services Consultant to design M&E Services to new Clinical Sterilisation Services Department (CSSD) and Technical Services Support Workshop (TSS) together with xx bed two storey Critical Care Ward extension and provision for Angiography Suite at leading Cardiac Centre.
Work undertaken on a phased basis on very tight site.
Project required the diversion of existing site infrastructure and new services to accommodate the new build resulting in close liaison with Estates Department.
