Hulley and Kirkwood were the Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Consultants for new and refurbishment works within the maternity building. The project was undertaken within a live building which required close liason with both Trust estates and maintenance personnel.
The new works consisted of:
· Theatre Suite
· Ultrasound Suite
· Theatre Recovery (within existing courtyard)
· Offices
The refurbishment works consisted of:
· Early Pregnancy Unit
· Upgrading of Wards
