The Carlton George Hotel and 'Windows' Rooftop Restaurant is a 3-Star Hotel built in the Centre of Glasgow, in a confined busy location.
The Building consists of 66 bedrooms over six floors with a Restaurant at Roof Level and a 'Themed' Pub in the Basement and on Ground Floor.
The Top Floor also provides Meeting Facilities with 'hot desk' IT facilities for residents, with IT connections also being provided in each bedroom.
The new structure was awarded a 'Commendation' by the Glasgow Institute of Architects.
The building was successfully 'slotted' into a City Centre gap between existing buildings which required careful and detailed co-ordination of services within minimal ceiling voids and services risers.
