Hulley and Kirkwood were appointed by Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad as part of a Multi-National Design Team to deliver employer’s requirements and Design Guidelines for a new National Exhibition Convention Centre Project near Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The scope of the project comprised a new Exhibition Centre with 100,000m² of Exhibition Hall Space “wrapped around” a state of the art Multi-Floor Concourse, a 2,000 Delegate Conference and Convention Centre, Futuristic Skywalks and Vertical Transport Hubs linking the Exhibition Centre and Convention Centre, Multi-Storey Support Office Accommodation and all associated infrastructure works including a multi-storey car-park.
