The Development undertaken for Next Generation Clubs provided approximately 10,000m² of Leisure accommodation including indoor and outdoor tennis courts, squash courts, gymnasium, dance studio and cinema. Catering, dining and bar areas complement the leisure facilities providing a social element to the exercise.
Indoor and outdoor swimming pools provide the wet exercise facilities with associated Jacuzzi, Steam and Sauna rooms complementing the pools.
Shop, Health and Beauty Salon, Hairdresser and Crèche complete the accommodation.
Hulley and Kirkwood provided Employer’s requirement documentation for the projects and carried out site monitoring.
The projects were built by Tolent Construction who continued with Hulley and Kirkwood to assist Next Generation Club’s development programme.
