The first development undertaken in the South by Next Generation Clubs provided 10,000m² of Leisure accommodation including indoor and outdoor tennis courts, squash courts, gymnasium, dance studio and cinema. Catering, dining and bar areas complement the leisure facilities providing a social element to the exercise.
An indoor and outdoor swimming pool provides the wet exercise facilities with associated Jacuzzi, Steam and Sauna rooms complementing the pools. Shop, Health and Beauty Salon, Hairdresser and Crèche complete the accommodation.
Hulley and Kirkwood provided Employer’s requirement documentation for the project and carried out site monitoring for the project.
The project was built by Tolent Construction who have continued with Hulley and Kirkwood to assist with Next Generation Club’s development programme.
