The Morfa Commercial Development consisted of the new Retail Park which is associated with the recently completed Morfa Football and Rugby Stadium in Swansea.
The development contained retail units ranging in size from 10,000m² to 120,000m² with a variety of Tenants, including B&Q Warehouse, Morrison’s, Next and others.
Hulley & Kirkwood were responsible for the full design and co-ordination of the site services utilities and also for the design of the ‘shell’ works in each Retail Unit.
Hulley & Kirkwood are also now involved in some additional Post Contract works on the full design of services for the site wide Facilities Management building.
