In compliance with HTM 00 and HTM 02-01 Part B, Hospital Authorities are recommended to appoint an independent consultant to provide Authorising Engineer (MGPS) services. Ian Sandford is a registered AE (MGPS) and can provide this service for healthcare Trusts, Health Boards, Private FM providers and private hospitals, covering the UK, Ireland and Overseas where HTM guidance is used.
