The concept was developed to provide young professionals with all the benefits of city centre apartment living at an affordable price. The apartments have been specifically designed to reflect modern apartment living and to give flexibility within the space. During the research stage the apartment layout was developed and crafted to allow multi-functional use of the 347 sq.ft space. Each apartment has a real sense of luxury and space. The 3.2 m floor to ceiling height glazing helps to maximise natural light and creates a perfect lounging space.
The principal mechanical and electrical distribution within the apartment is located with a central pod which houses the kitchen, bathroom and principal service distribution riser. The water metering to each apartment is being provided via remote AMR meters in a pilot metering scheme with United Utilities.
