COVID-19 Business Continuity Update
In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic we would advise our clients and fellow professionals of our business continuity arrangements. Our priority is with the health and protection of our staff, clients and project partners. In response to UK Government and Scottish Executive directives we have now transitioned to full “home working” arrangements.
We have put in place robust contingency plans to allow our design services to continue with our clients, project teams, contractors and other colleagues. All our employees have the ability to work remotely and our IT infrastructure is set up to facilitate this.
We will continue to be represented at meetings via collaborative software, video and telephone conferencing. In line with present Government directives, attendance in person at meetings or on site is for “essential” business purposes only. Any attendance must follow established guidance on social distancing.
All our telephone lines remain open and calls will be answered and redirected to appropriate staff. Email communication channels continue as normal.
We do not anticipate any major impact on our ability to provide our professional design services to our clients and projects. We will continue to review the situation regularly and advise you of any changes
in our approach.
