Urban care in the community redevelopment scheme.
Staffordshire County Council is working in partnership with Wrekin Housing Trust and Choices Housing Association, Galliford Try PLC, Stafford Borough Council and Staffordshire PCT Browning Street GP Practice on this exciting £20m development.
The master plan for the development has been produced by Nicol Thomas Architects. The regeneration of this land has attracted a significant sum of external funding including Homes and Community Agency grant funding and Growth Point funding. The grants funding comes with strict deadlines of when it can be claimed therefore the programme to deliver this large development is very tight and work has already commenced on site.
The development includes a community hub including a community cafe, community rooms and shops.
