Greenock's iconic Grade 'A' Listed Sugar Shed building at heart of historic regeneration development.

This £180m Development Programme incorporates the regeneration of a 48 acre site, with a 480m waterfront at James Watt Dock to create a residential-led, mixed use development in partnership with Inverclyde Council.

The new development will comprise:

  • 145,600ft commercial use
  • 15,000ft retail use
  • 34,000ft leisure use
  • 1,352 residential units (1094 flats, 258 houses)
  • Additional 70 flats currently in construction
  • 290+ berth marina
  • Private berthing for up to 100 craft
