Greenock's iconic Grade 'A' Listed Sugar Shed building at heart of historic regeneration development.
This £180m Development Programme incorporates the regeneration of a 48 acre site, with a 480m waterfront at James Watt Dock to create a residential-led, mixed use development in partnership with Inverclyde Council.
The new development will comprise:
- 145,600ft commercial use
- 15,000ft retail use
- 34,000ft leisure use
- 1,352 residential units (1094 flats, 258 houses)
- Additional 70 flats currently in construction
- 290+ berth marina
- Private berthing for up to 100 craft
