1 New Park Square is the first building at the heart of Parabola’s Edinburgh Park development providing 85,000sqft of office space and setting the standard for a business community powered by zero-carbon energy and zero emissions heating.

Parabola have developed a mixed-use development plan including commercial, retail and multi-storey car park for the Edinburgh Park site. With renewable energy and sustainability being such key issues within the built environment, Parabola ensured these issues are addressed at the forefront with their designers.
