Electrical Director, Glasgow
Craig McDade, CEng, BEng (Hons), MIET
Craig is an Electrical Director with 20 years’ experience in building services consultancy. Based in our Glasgow Office he leads the delivery of electrical design services on local and national projects across a range of sectors, including Healthcare, Transport, Stadia, Education and Commercial.
Craig graduated with a degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering in 2003, initially working on a mixture of residential and industrial projects in London before joining Hulley & Kirkwood in 2004.
As an Electrical Director Craig shares his electrical expertise across the company having developed an in-depth knowledge of specialist electrical design standards including electrical infrastructure resilience, standby generation and ICT architecture. His major project experience includes many District General Hospitals, Stadia and Arenas.
Craig has also been an early adopter of Building Information Modelling and has supported on the implementation and development of BIM within the business.
