Element Materials Technology agreed a lease with Parabola to take 75% of the second floor comprising circa 1,400m² of Cat B Fit Out. H&K worked with Avison Young to provide M&E Consultancy services for the fit out including extensive TM52 Simulation/Thermal Comfort Modelling for the fit out plans and space uses proposed.
