In April 1953 Jack Hulley and Ian Kirkwood established Hulley & Kirkwood Consulting Engineers with the objective to providing a dedicated centre of excellence for M&E engineering consultancy. The business has grown organically over the years and with expansion into regional offices across the country now provides national coverage. 

In April 2023 we celebrate the 70th anniversary of Hulley & Kirkwood and whilst the business has expanded and related specialist services added, it still holds true to the original ethos of its founding partners to provide a dedicated centre of excellence for M&E engineering consultancy.
