We had the pleasure of revisiting a couple of our projects from last year as part of our ongoing relationship with Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group. The Lincoln and Skegness Community Diagnostic Centres, which we returned to, were part of the wider Lincolnshire Community Diagnostic Centre programme, which also included the centre at Grantham. We were proud to support all three sites through both design and construction as technical advisors.

Both Lincoln and Skegness were constructed using Modern Methods of Construction and were delivered as superb turn-key packages. We had the privilege to work closely with both contractor and client teams, ensuring all building services designs met the required design standards and HTMs, while remaining aligned with the Trust’s operational priorities and each site's unique conditions. A key aspect of our input was the coordination of electrical infrastructure, tailored specifically to the demands of each location.

It was fantastic to return and see both centres fully operational and delivering essential diagnostic services and to see how far the site has changed since the beginning! We look forward to continuing our work with Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group to support future developments that enhance care and community access across Lincolnshire.
