Supporting Defence infrastructure means helping to create environments that are fit for the future. One such project is the Defence Estate Optimisation (DEO) portfolio in Edinburgh.

Working as part of the wider project team, H&K are providing MEP design engineering services for new and refurbished facilities across Dreghorn Barracks, Glencorse Barracks and Colinton Road Reserve Centre.

The wider portfolio forms part of a significant investment in creating modern, sustainable and operationally effective environments that will support military personnel for years to come.

Whilst projects of this scale can often focus on the buildings themselves, it's the systems behind them that enable these spaces to function effectively day after day and our role is to ensure those systems are carefully integrated to create environments that are efficient, resilient and fit for future use.
