We’re proud to share that the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital has been shortlisted as one of just nine projects for the RIBA West Midlands Awards 2026.

Delivered alongside our partners Balfour Beatty plc, HKS, Inc. and Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust Birmingham NHS Trust, this landmark facility provides over 700 beds, a state-of-the-art emergency department, operating theatres and a modern maternity unit; all supported by fully integrated mechanical and electrical systems.

Already the recipient of multiple industry awards, it’s fantastic to see this project continue to gain recognition. The engineering behind the M&E systems has helped create one of the most resilient acute hospitals in the UK and we’re incredibly proud to have played our part.
