After a fantastic run of recognition for Langage South this awards season, we’re delighted to share that the project has been named a South West regional winner at the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2026!

With nominations from RICS and Michelmores Property Awards already under its belt, it’s brilliant to now have a win to add to the list!

And the journey continues… Langage South will now go forward to the national LABC Building Excellence Awards, taking place on 22 January 2027!

A fantastic result for Langage South and another great moment for our Plymouth projects this awards season.
