We’re delighted to share the completion of our works at Tiffen School in Kingston, a project that began and finished within the year, with construction delivered over the summer and handed over just in time for the new school year.

The scheme delivered a new reception office and refurbished staff areas, giving the school a more modern, efficient and comfortable environment for its team.

We had the privilege of providing a full M&E design and construction phase support. Working closely with the school’s priorities, we identified redundant services for removal, reused existing infrastructure, where possible, and integrated new systems where needed. This approach allowed us to balance cost efficiency with improved performance. The result is a reception and staff facility that benefits from better ventilation, heating and cooling, enhanced comfort in circulation spaces and upgraded building services that will support the school for years to come.
