After four years in the making, we’re proud to see Beaumont Way reach completion!  Appointed as MEP designers back in 2021, we supported the delivery of four high-quality business units ranging from 750m² to over 2,000m²; each designed to provide flexible workshop and production space alongside fully fitted office accommodation, welfare facilities, service yards and EV-enabled parking.

From an engineering perspective, the focus has been on delivering energy efficient and sustainable solutions. From PV panels and solar glazing to LED lighting and efficient electric heating systems, we wanted to minimise operational costs for future occupiers. The result is a scheme where all units have achieved an EPC A+ rating, BREEAM Excellent and contributed towards a Net Zero Carbon outcome.

This has been a truly rewarding project to have been involved in from early conception through to completion and it’s great to see it successfully delivered and the grand opening!
